Hey people how about follow instructions and pay attention got an order not complete I usually really like this restaurant but tonight not okay

Went to Outback in St Cloud Outback has always been my favorite rest to go to. Since the pandemic the have had a restricted menu. My dinner of choice is rare prime rib and planned on that being my meal. Ask server what does it look like 700 pm on a Thursday goes to kitchen was told med rare to med. No sorry should have left decided will go with med rare boneless rib eye. Server brings my steak and says here is your New york strip.I didnt order New york strip and was told she is new and confused. Started eating and it was the toughfest steak I have ever gotten. Man next to me is eating bone ribeye and agree with me it is the wrong steak. Manager comes out and tries to tell me this is a boneless rib eye cooked on the special grill and offers to cook another one, Why you screwed up the first one and I dont have time I just wont come back.

I ordered 2 Tee Bone steak and 2 sides, 2 fully loaded baked potatoes. Checked my order before we paid. Everything looked so delicious.
Did not go straight home had to make a stop. When I got home my food was still nicely warm. I did not have to reheat. Everything tasted delicious.
From the person taking my order to the person bringing my food to my vehicle. Gave great customer service.
I was please from the Customer Service to the food! Keep up the great Customer Service!

Staff was very nice and ready to serve with a smile at all times. Food was excellent. My family and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at the Dalton Outback Steakhouse. Management and staff were very professional. I even recommended my son to take his soccer team there for their end of season banquet. Overall great Service and food

If I could give it ZERO * I would absolutely the worst meal ever , over salted ,Old potatoes, everything cold and disgusting ???? I eat out a lot and I mean 4x a week never do I leave a bad review NEVER WILL I GO BACK Butt Kyle our server rocked ????the manager never once came ask did a table touch or even helped out his server at all ... horrible

Called delivery guy first thinking it was left on van. Told no! Called store, which answered 2 hours later and told, sorry they were very busy. I only want what I paid for. Incidentally, they never put receipt in bag, does that mean it's free? Screwed up one of the orders so it's my responsibility that they were busy. Need new management at 86th Street Bklyn store.

I went to outbacksteak house in Montgomeryville pa. The food was nasty. Steak is overpriced it was chewy and not good. My wife ordered a chicken and pasta dinner the chicken was dry. I don't no if they are serving fresh food there. The menus had dried up food on them and the table I sat at was sticky. I went there 5-10-2021 around 5pm. I'm definitely not going back there. My waitress name was Sarah H. She was very nice. Outback steakhouse definitely is going downhill low quality and overpriced. The menus had food sticking to it was gross.

Visited Outback Steakhouse yesterday, 5/2/21, on Lexington-Springmill Rd., Mansfield, OH. The Blooming Onion tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. The grilled chicken on my salad tasted burnt. This was disappointing.

Paige was the most amazing hostess I could have asked for. She answered all my questions and was confident in her answers. She really made me feel welcomed to my local outback steakhouse ❤

OUTBACK Review of our purchase 4-26-21
When we got there, there were a lot of empty tables but had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated because they were "short staffed" as the Host advised us (10-15 mins)
We started with a Bloomin Onion Which came out burnt !

Caesar Salad (Dressing so Salty) and veggies (These were GREAT ) for my sides
Definitely NOT a Tenderloin, more like a pork loin.
I asked for Med/Rare and it came out so well done and dry, I couldn't chew it. I sent it back. It took forever for it to come back out that we were done eating when it finally arrived ! Still not med/rare but edible...

Bone-in and extra marbled for maximum tenderness. Served with two freshly made sides.
House Salad and Baked Potato for his sides (Both were Good)
Well, what a Disappointment the steak was ! NOT 18 oz. (It was about 1/2" thick) NOT a Bone In (unless you count the tine little bone on one end...
NOT med/rare as he had ordered, more well done...He wouldn't send it back as he doesn't do that ! (I do)
We haven't been to Outback in over 20 years and Hubby got a gift card for his Birthday, so we came so he could enjoy a Good Steak Dinner !
Totally a FAILURE !
Needless to say ...WE WON'T BE GOING BACK !

I ordered a $50 multiple person meal. Ordered ribs, $6 salads, appetizers, etc... I got a "salad" with literally 16 baby leafs, see pic, pen for scale. I got no dressing provided. I ordered a blooming onion, which really I order for the sauce, and the onion was crazy burned, and had no provided sauce at all. I called the store it came from, they said they had no doordash orders under that type of order. I asked to speak to takeout, who blamed pickup and hung up on me. I called again and spoke to the female manager, who said they disnt have that order, and it must have come from a store 30 min away. Screwing around with me. I ordered from the closest store and I know it. Their last ditch effort was to say doordash altered the order... wtf. Once religious attendees, to never again.
